What we collect
When you fill out a form anywhere on this site, we ask for a few things. Depending on the form, that can be your first name, your email address, your phone number, your company name, how many rentals you run, and a link to your listing or property, for example an Airbnb or Furnished Finder link.
Some forms have optional questions. For example, the Furnished Finder page asks what is on your mind about the property, such as pricing, bookings or guest communication. You can skip those.
If you use one of our calculators before sending a form, the numbers you entered, such as number of listings, nightly rate, occupancy and manager’s percentage, are sent with your request so we can prepare your audit.
We also save simple details about how you found us. These are called UTM values. They tell us which ad or link brought you here. We save your device type and the page you landed on too.
Why we collect it
We use your details to send you the free check or audit you asked for, to reply to your message, and to follow up about working together. That is it.
We never sell your data
We never sell your information. We never trade it. We share it only with the tools we use to run this site, deliver your form to our inbox, and send email.
How to remove your data
Want your information removed? Email Support@hostryze.com. Tell us the email address or phone number you used, and we will delete your details.
Cookies and analytics
This site can use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel when they are set up. These tools use cookies. Cookies are small files saved in your browser.
They help us learn which pages help visitors and which ads work. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site still works without them.
