No. We can work with the cleaners and repair people you already trust. You send one hello message. Then we handle the daily follow-up.
How much work is setup?
One 45-minute call, access to your tools, and one cleaner introduction. We pull the rest from your current system.
What does the 15-minute reply promise mean?
We measure the average first reply to real guest messages across the month. Our goal is to keep that average under 15 minutes. Platform outages do not count. If we miss the monthly standard, you get a service credit.
Do you cover nights and weekends?
Yes, on the Growth and Portfolio plans. Starter includes daytime guest replies.
Do you set prices?
The Portfolio plan includes full pricing work. The Growth plan includes empty-night and price watching. Starter includes calendar alerts and booking checks.
What happens during a guest emergency?
We follow the emergency rules you approve before we start. We contact the right person and keep you updated. Anything outside our limit comes straight to you.

Is there a long contract?
